Keynote on IELTS regulations: In 2025, IELTS will introduce a pen-only policy for paper-based exams. This means you must only use a black ballpoint pen provided by the test Center. The use of pencils is now prohibited. Electronic items are also not allowed inside exam halls and must be kept outside the test room.
